Bachelor project: The Foxfinch
Frame-by-frame animated short film made in Adobe Flash. A collaboration with my friend Tina Alfredsen. We both did a bit of everything; animations, backgrounds and sounds. Another friend made the music, Nicholai Smeby. It was part of the Children’s Film competition at Fredrikstad Animation Festival 2011.

The Burning of Marzanna
A two week project in Einar Granum art school. My friend Adelajda helped me with the Polish folklore and drew concept art for the characters. In lack of a proper camera, I used my phone. Characters are filmed flat on a greenscreen (green paper), and then combined with the background I built from various materials.
I wanted to minimize post-production so it wouldn’t look digital, but I did a little work in After Effects: I gave the background a fade and tilt-shift focus, gave the characters a little shadow, and gave the fire a glow.
